Lubna Alsagga is an associate attorney at Hinojosa & Forer LLP, where her practice encompasses all aspects of fiduciary, estate, trust, guardianship, and conservatorship litigation. She represents clients in various matters, such as trust and will contests, financial elder abuse, disputes between fiduciaries and beneficiaries, fiduciary accounting and surcharge claims, as well as probate and trust administration.

Lubna earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCLA School of Law, graduating with Pro Bono Distinction, and her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Essex, where she achieved Dean’s List recognition each year and graduated with First-Class Honors.

She serves on the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Committed to mentorship and community engagement, Lubna volunteers as a UCLA Law alumni mentor, supporting the next generation of legal professionals.
